Balsamic Caramelized Onions
In a saucepan, on medium heat, add olive oil and onions to pan. Sauté until onions are translucent, about 5-6 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Stir, reduce heat slightly, and continue to sauté, stirring throughout for another 10-15 minutes. The liquid will reduce, and onions will slightly brown, do not let burn or blacken. Add balsamic to onions, stir and sauté for another 5-7 minutes until vinegar reduces. Serve on top of burgers seasoned with Taste OVS Brian’s Burger Blast.
