Celebration Slaw

ingredients
- 1/4 c Taste OVS Cranberry Pear White Balsamic
- 1/4 c Taste OVS Orange Olive Oil
- 1 t cumin seed
- 1 1/2 c shredded red cabbage
- 1 1/2 c shredded green cabbage and carrots
- 1 c walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 c dried cranberries
- 1/4 c red onion, chopped
instructions
Mix balsamic, olive oil, and cumin seeds together for the dressing. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add dressing and toss thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours before serving. It will keep about 5 days when refrigerated; it is a good make-ahead dish for any celebration.
