Cranberry Baked Brie
Preheat oven to 350°. Finely chop the white part of the green onions. In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until tender. Add the chutney, balsamic, and zest. Heat until slightly thickened, stirring often. Place cheese in a brie cooker or small oven safe dish. Add chutney mixture on top of brie and place in the oven. Cook 10 minutes, let stand for 5 minutes, and garnish with chopped greens of the onion. Serve with sliced baguette, crackers, or apples. Enjoy!
