Fried Halloumi Cheese

Slice the brick into ½” wide sticks. Place on a paper towel and pat dry. Heat oil in a non-stick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once pan is hot, arrange the sticks in one single layer, making sure not to crowd the pan. Cook each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown crust is formed. Once fried, place on a serving dish and drizzle with balsamic. Serve immediately.
