Heat oven to 275°. Remove all packaging materials. Place ham, flat side down, in a roasting pan with a rack. Pour juice in the bottom of the pan. Cover ham tightly with aluminum foil to help retain moisture. Bake until ham reaches internal temperature of 140°, check regularly after 90 minutes, add more juice if necessary. Once ham is done, remove ham from oven, heat oven to 425°. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Apply glaze all over ham. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove ham from oven, let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
