Green Bean Salad

ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- ¼ c Taste OVS Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
- 3 T Taste OVS Dill Olive Oil
- ½ T champagne mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ head radicchio, chopped
instructions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat. Add green beans and cook, uncovered, until soft but still firm to the bite, 5 to 8 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk vinegar, oil, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Drain green beans and mix with dressing, let cool, then add onion and radicchio. Place in refrigerator, toss frequently, and serve cold.
