Grilled Peaches with Ice Cream

  • 2 Peaches Taste OVS Butter Flavored Olive Oil
  • Taste OVS Cara Cara Orange Vanilla White Balsamic
  • Vanilla Ice Cream


Heat grill to medium high. Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Brush cut side of halved peaches with olive oil and place cut side down on grill. Cook until grill marks form, about 4-5 minutes. Flip peaches skin-side down, reduce grill temperature, and continue to cook until tender, about 4-6 minutes. Place each peach half in a bowl, add a scoop of ice cream on each half and drizzle balsamic over the top. Serves 4. Wonderful summer dessert!
