Pork Chops with Apples

Let pork chops stand for 30 minutes. Marinate the apples in 2 T of olive oil and balsamic. Preheat the oven to 350°. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Use remaining olive oil to sear the pork chops in a large skillet. When searing the second side, add the apples. Transfer into a baking dish (or keep in the skillet). Finish cooking in the oven until the pork chops are fully cooked. Garnish pork chops with the rosemary.
