Pork Chops with Apples

ingredients
- 4 pork chops, 1” thick
- 4 T Taste OVS Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil
- 2 baking apples, chopped in large pieces
- 2 T Taste OVS Pumpkin Spice White Balsamic
- Salt and pepper
- 2 T fresh, chopped rosemary
instructions
Let pork chops stand for 30 minutes. Marinate the apples in 2 T of olive oil and balsamic. Preheat the oven to 350°. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Use remaining olive oil to sear the pork chops in a large skillet. When searing the second side, add the apples. Transfer into a baking dish (or keep in the skillet). Finish cooking in the oven until the pork chops are fully cooked. Garnish pork chops with the rosemary.
