Taste OVS Arbequina EVOO

Our California Arbequina is well balanced and displays pronounced notes of creamy artichoke, green almond, and dry tea leaf with pleasing pepper and astringency.

A comparable EVOO will be substituted in the event this particular EVOO is out of stock.

Taste OVS Traditional Balsamic

Finest grade of aged balsamic vinegar condimento from Modena, Italy is produced in the traditional style. It aged for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels. Has a 4 percent acidity, and is exceedingly rich, complex and dense. Pairs beautifully with any of our olive oils for vinaigrettes, glazes or marinades. Also try drizzled over ice cream or with fresh fruits and berries. This product pairs wonderfully with any of our Olive Oils!
