This is a gourmet flavored salt that we did a great deal of research on. Most of what we were finding were a variety of citrus salts that just contained lemon, orange and maybe some lime zest combined with sea salt. We wanted something a bit more robust. We ended up with numerous test batches until we we were settled on our Smoked Citrus Salt that we felt really fit the bill.
