Red Wine–Braised Short Ribs

  • 2 ½ to 3 lb. beef short ribs
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1½ tbsp Taste OVS Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
