Roasted Cabbage Steaks

- 1 head of cabbage
- ¼ c Taste OVS Red Apple Balsamic
- 2 T Taste OVS Baklouti Olive Oil
- 1 T Fig Spread
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
instructions
Preheat oven to broil on high. Cut the bottom inch or so off the cabbage, to help it sit straight up. Cut cabbage into 1” steaks. Lay pieces on a baking sheet lined with foil. Combine balsamic, oil, fig spread, salt and pepper, blend until smooth. Drizzle on cabbage, use basting brush to help coat evenly. Broil for 10 minutes, remove pan, flip steaks and broil for another 10 minutes.
