Sesame Honey Ginger Chicken Stir Fry

  • 3 oz. Taste OVS Toasted Sesame Oil, divided
  • 2 oz. Taste OVS Honey Ginger Balsamic
  • 2 oz. soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in chunks
  • 2 c. broccoli slaw
  • 1⁄2 can water chestnuts, drained
  • 1⁄2 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1⁄2 c. snow peas
  • 1⁄2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced 


Marinate chicken in 2 oz. sesame oil, balsamic, and soy sauce, and minced garlic in refrigerator for 30+ minutes. Heat 1 T sesame oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook broccoli slaw, mushrooms, snow peas, red bell pepper and water chestnuts until tender, about 5-10 minutes. Remove vegetables from skillet. Heat 1 T sesame oil in skillet. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving liquid. Add chicken to skillet and cook for approximately 2-5 minutes. Return vegetables and reserved marinade to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer. Cook an additional 5-7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked. Serve over rice.
