- 1 large egg white
- 1/4 cup Taste OVS Maple Sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 T Taste OVS Saigon Cinnamon
- 1/2 T Cayenne Pepper
- 3 C walnuts, almonds or pecans
Preheat oven to 300°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, whisk egg white and 1 T water until frothy; about 2 minutes, set aside. In a small bowl combine sugars, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper, set aside.
In large bowl, coming nuts and egg white mixture until well combined. Stir in sugar mixture until evenly coated. Spread nut mixture on lined baking sheet in even layer. Bake 20-25 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Let cool before serving.
