Tropical Shrimp Ceviche

Cut the shrimp into 1/2-inch pieces and place in a medium glass bowl. Add juices and vinegar. Stir in onion and peppers. Make sure all ingredients are covered by the liquid, adjust as necessary by adding more juice. Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until the shrimp turn from translucent to opaque. Stir oil, mango, avocado, cilantro, and salt into the shrimp mixture. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
