Preheat oven to 350°. Butter an 8” loaf pan. In a large bowl, mix the zucchini, sugar, oil, pineapple, eggs, and balsamic. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and spice blend. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until done. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely.
