Zucchini Bread

ingredients
- 1 ½ c grated zucchini
- 2/3 c light brown sugar
- ½ c Taste OVS Butter Olive Oil
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 large eggs
- 1 T Taste OVS Vanilla Dark Balsamic
- 1 ½ c flour
- ½ t salt
- ½ t baking soda
- ½ t baking powder
- 2 t Chai Baking Spice Blend
instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Butter an 8” loaf pan. In a large bowl, mix the zucchini, sugar, oil, pineapple, eggs, and balsamic. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and spice blend. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until done. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely.
