- ½ c Taste OVS Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 T Taste OVS Tuscany Bread Dipping Seasoning
- 8 oz mozzarella balls
- Variety of cured meats
- Variety of hard and soft cheeses
- Olives
- Fresh and dried fruits
- Nuts
- Taste OVS Black Mission Fig Dark Balsamic
instructions
Combine the EVOO, seasoning, and mozzarella in a bowl and marinate at least 8 hours in refrigerator. Dice, slice cheeses and meats into bite sizes. Arrange items on a charcuterie or cutting boards in an artful arrangement. Place mozzarella balls in a small dish. Drizzle the balsamic on a sharp cheese. Add fresh herbs for a garnish. Serve with baguette and crackers. Have fun making it and impress your guests!
