Grilled Asparagus

ingredients
- 1 lb. asparagus
- Taste OVS Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 8 slices prosciutto
- Taste OVS Grapefruit White Balsamic
- Fresh, grated parmesan
instructions
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Wash and trim ends of asparagus. Dry, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bundle 2-3 spears together and wrap with 1 slice of prosciutto. Repeat with remaining asparagus and prosciutto. Place bundles on grill, turning occasionally until asparagus is tender and bright green, about 5 minutes. Remove from grill, drizzle with balsamic, and grate parmesan on top.
