Grilled Lamb Chops with Mint Marinade

ingredients
- ¼ c Taste OVS Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- ¼ c Taste OVS Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic
- 1 garlic clove, minces
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 t Salt
- ½ t Pepper
- 8 Lamb Chops, about 1” thick
instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper. Place chops in a plastic bag. Pour mixture over chops, seal bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-8 hours. Grill on medium heat until desired degree of doneness, turning once.
