Whipped Ricotta with Cranberries

ingredients
- 15 oz. Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
- 2 T Taste OVS Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
- 2 T Taste OVS Fig Balsamic
- ½ c dried cranberries
- Fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped
- Salt, Pepper, and Chili Flakes
instructions
Process the ricotta in a food processor or hand mixer until completely smooth, scraping down the sides occasionally. Transfer whipped ricotta to a shallow serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic. Sprinkle with cranberries, rosemary, salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste. Serve with crostini, pita, crackers, or your favorite bread.
